Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact Alan by phone at 1-510-506-6009 at least 24 hours in advance.

Sending messages by contact forms, Facebook messenger, or any other method is not an acceptable form of cancellation.

Cancellations Policies

Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% Charge for the

appointment made.

Unconfirmed Appointments may be canceled. Our texting messaging/E-mail software will notify you and request you confirm your appointment. (48 hours & 24 hours before your appointment time) If your appointment remains unconfirmed, you may lose your scheduled appointment time.  You can always call and confirm your appointment.

A deposit is required for Full body waxing services.  A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking.  If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will lose this deposit.

 

Multiple missed, late, or canceled appointments may require full non-refundable pre-payment of future services. 

​

If our schedule opens up.  We try to accommodate our clients by offering an alternative time.  This is an option, and we hope you find this convenient.
